Airdrop Phase 1: Incentivized Terrain Bounty

As we gear up to launch our products to the public, we are beginning a social farming campaign to whitelist early adopters for airdrops. This is going to be our first Airdrop campaign and is called the Terrain Bounty.

Our token allocation allows Second Mountain to reward our community with a portion of our initial supply specifically for participating in our Airdrop phases.

What is an Airdrop and How Does it Work?

In the crypto ecosystem, an airdrop is a distribution of tokens or coins to a large number of wallet addresses. Typically, this is done to generate awareness and excitement for a new cryptocurrency project, reward early adopters and community members and increase the liquidity of a new token by distributing it to a wider audience.

There are several ways projects can conduct airdrops, each with its advantages:

  • Standard Airdrops: These airdrops involve minimal effort to participate. You might just need to sign up for a mailing list or create an account on a platform. It was very popular in the early days of crypto.
  • Bounty Airdrops: In exchange for receiving tokens, you complete specific tasks like following social media accounts, writing articles, or referring new users. The Terrain Bounty is a type of Bounty Airdrop!
  • Holder Airdrops: These airdrops reward existing holders of a particular cryptocurrency. If you hold a certain amount of a token in your wallet, you might be eligible for an airdrop from a new project built on the same blockchain. For example, Solana holders are often airdropped new tokens built on the Solana blockchain.
  • Exclusive Airdrops: These airdrops target a specific group of people, such as attendees of a conference or members of a particular community.

  • Quote our airdrop announcement and tag 3 friends
  • Retweet the pinned post
  • Like our pinned post
  • Join our Telegram chat
  • Visit our waitlist and drop your email address
  • Join our Discord server(doing this automatically assigns you the explorer role)
  • Send a message in the Gm-Gn channel on Discord
  • Follow our Instagram account
  • Follow our Medium account
  • Subscribe to our YouTube channel
  • Follow our Facebook page

Reward Structure

Participating and completing all the tasks in the Terrain Bounty allocates you 1000 points that will be converted to tokens when the Second Mountain token is live.
